After designing Teampify's brand identity, I was brought back to design the interface and experience of a web app (desktop only) helping project managers build their project teams.
Working closely with the founding team, we defined a futuristic, minimal, gamified visual world aimed at digital startups and companies. I built the user flow around two distinct profiles (one fast and autonomous, one needing more guidance), landing on a free-navigation approach where each user finds their own path through the app.
